16. What is the procedure on the purchase of diesel for foreign registered vessels and vessels used in the shipping/ferry business?

b. Once a Purchase Order has been issued, the purchaser may then obtain the diesel at the BSM Commercial Bunkering Facilities.

Fleetcard is required to purchase Diesel and Motor Gasoline for all Commercial Vehicles, Vessels and Industrial Customers.
18. How to apply for a Fleetcard?
Applicants will be required to fill in both the Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) Fleetcard’s Application Form and the Brunei Shell Marketing’s Petroleum Product Volume Application (PPVA) Form (for Authority’s approval )
