BULK PURCHASE
15. Can I purchase motor gasoline or diesel in bulk at retail stations?
Yes, purchase of gasoline or diesel in bulk can still be made at petrol stations using drums or tanks suitable for storage and transportation if these containers meet the required internationally approved safety standards.
Additional rules on bulk purchases at retail stations are as follows:
a) The maximum allowable amount is 400 litres (2 drums); b) Purchases are restricted and can only be made by Brunei Darussalam Local-registered Company(s) only; c) Purchases can only be made by Brunei Darussalam’s Identity Card Holders only; d) Payments for the purchases shall be made using Fleetcard approved by the Authority. e) The purchaser is also required to fill up a form readily available at the petrol station for the Authority’s documentation purposes |
